My aim is to produce an mp3 amp inspired by tron This design incorporates features from the Tron bike as well as other aspects of the film. All images are either my own or taken from Google.

Japanese Light and Fluffy Simnel Cake

This recipe shows you how to make a Japanese light and fluffy Simnel Cake. Ideal for Easter or Mother’s Day. The cake is spongy and fluffy, decorated with mini eggs, marzipan eggs and decorated with tempered chocolate. An easy decoration that looks fantastic. A home made cake with a professional look. For any type of baker. For the love of baking Easter cakes. And if you like to eat Cadburys Mini Eggs A much lighter texture then a traditional Simnel cake and it is just as tasty. A modern cake recipe. A combination of cultures: 100g self-rising flour 75g melted butter or margarine. 1tsp vanilla extract 6 large eggs separated. 80g caster sugar 1tsp mixed spice 1 tsp of lemon zest 50 – 80 g of mixed fruit/peel. Chopped up as fine as possible. The finer and powdery the fruit the better freeze dried fruit might be best. Bake on the lowest shelf inside a tin of hot water, (water bath) on the middle shelf of an oven. This will create steam. Bakes for around an hour 160C
